Question / Help Recording and streaming settings

Hello there, can you please suggest me some settings for my OBS. I want to record videos and livestream at 1920x1080 and 60 fps if possible.
Here're my computer's specs:
Win 7 64bit
AMD FX(tm)-6100 Six-Core Processor (6 CPU's), ~3,3GHz
8GB Ram
AMD Radeon HD 7700 Graphics card 1GB
