Hello I got a problem with the video I record where it is noticeably chugging. When I record everything is fine, I am using OBS multiplatform 0.11.4 because it can record at 1080p and 60fps, I have put up an imgur album which mentions multiple problems and shows all the settings but this chugging issue is the main problem I need to fix. I am very new to OBS in general so it may just be an easy fix.
