I was recording Abyss Odyssey, and I recorded 3 separate videos. The first one ran way too long, almost 3 hours and just over 4 gb. When I try to watch the video, it crashes VLC. However in other programs like quicktime and windows media player it runs as a black screen with audio but no video. the other two files, each about one gb, work fine. Is there any way that I can restore this file? And will this happen with every large file? Any advice is appreciated!
