Question / Help Recorded 11GB of video last week. Wont play or load into Handbreak.

Hi,
I'v been recording my table top RPG sessions with OBS for the past few weeks. Last week I recorded about 8hrs of footage (just Skype audio capture and Roll20). I'v recorded 6 and 9 hr long sessions before with no issues (coming in at around 8-13GB).

I started compressing the videos with Handbreak last night. All of the videos compressed well except for the one I recorded last week. I have not changed any settings between sessions. I put the log file in PasteBin because it was too large to post here: http://pastebin.com/zy5kSVKD

Does anyone have any advice on how I might recover this video or is this just 11GB of trash data now?

The file is likely corrupt. Record to FLV to avoid such problems in the future.

Ok. I was hoping for some way to re-encode the data and that maybe the file was just missing a header or footer or something.

When you say to record to FLV do you just mean changing the file path to save the file with a .flv extension instead of .mp4 in the Broadcast Settings? Are there any other encoding or video settings that I need to change?
