Question / Help Record multiple screens

I just got Open Broadcaster, and tried to record some Arma 3.
I have a 3 monitor landscape setup (5760x1080)
In the settings, it will only take my resolution to a maximum of 4096x1080, if i set in anything higher, it sets it back to 4096.
I tried recording with these settings, but then it only records the sound. However, if I set the resolution to 1920x1080, it can record image aswell, but only from my left screen.
Is there a way I can record all screens with this software, or just as fine in this situation, record one screen (1920x1080), but make that the middle screen instedt?

I have a Radeon r9 290x and using eyefinity for gaming.

I think that the current limitations are 4096x4096 so 3 screens are not possible with that resolution.
(devs pls correct me if im wrong on that one) not sure how it will be for the rewrite of obs.

for the rest im not familiar with amd cards and what kind of effect it has on how obs captures it, So unfortunately i can't say much about that.
