Question / Help Record multiple gameplays?

My siblings want to do Minecraft videos and have them edited together like Achievement Hunter, due to budgets they are probably going to have to share mics which whatever. However, I have no idea how to sync and record from multiple screens, especially as I probably will have to use one computer as the OBS hub. Since they don't have computers to handle OBS and Minecraft.

Any tips?

I'd say your best bet for a quick and easy setup (as long as all 3 computers are on a gigabit network) would be using OBS NDI. You could send the audio & video from both gaming machines to a rendering machine, and then depending on if you want to do editing in realtime or in post, either record with 2 separate scenes you switch between while they play, or side-by-side in an extra-wide scene that can be edited later.
