Question / Help Record freeze

My english isnt the best but let me try to explain, everytime I try to record league of legends the record begins fine, at 30 fps, after some seconds, when I begin to play the record stuck and just the audio keep itself, the strange is that ingame the fps is fine, 70-80

Typically this happens when your computer's CPU isn't good enough to both encode video and play the game at the same time. But it could be something else too. Post an OBS log file.
