Question / Help Reconnecting issue

hey, so right when i set everything up, i got this error when trying to stream:
"RTMP_connect0 failed to connect socket:No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.(10061)"

then, i did some googling and found that i needed to mess with my "bind to interface" so, i did that and ended up getting it to work...

but, now whenever i try to stream, it never actually starts uploading any data (bottom right number stays at 0kb/s) and after about 20 seconds, it tries to reconnect.

i am trying to stream to twitch

can someone help?

You don't need to use bind to interface, put it back to default. The error "the target machine actively refused it" means the server you're connecting to refused the connection, so pick a different server.
