Im starting to stream PC games before, which I have rarely done before (always been console games), and my streams/recordings look a little pixelated. Nothing crazy, but takes away from any crispness I might be able to achieve. Also not sure if i would be able to do 720/60, or whether I need to stay with 720/30. Most "intense" game I would be playing and playing a lot of would be Overwatch.

My build:
  • MB- MSI Z97 MPOWER MAX AC ATX LGA1150 Motherboard

  • CPU- Intel Core i7-4790 3.6GHz Quad-Core Processor

  • Video Card- MSI GeForce GTX 970 4GB 100 Million Edition Video Card

  • HD- Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive

  • Ram- Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1866 Memory

  • Power Supply- Antec High Current Gamer 900W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply
My Internet is 11Ping, 166Down, 12Up (according to SpeedTest). I also have the results I get from various twitch servers. http://i.imgur.com/RaeicWO.png

OBS Studio Settings:
CBR
Max Bitrate: 2700
1920 x 1080 resolution
Resolution down scale 1280 x 720
Downscale Filter Lanczos
FPS: 30
x264 CPU Preset: veryfast

Any recommendations would/will be greatly appreciated!
