My specs are:
Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
AMD Athlon II X4 635 Processor (4 CPUs), ~2.9GHz
8192 MB RAM
AMD Radeon R7 200 Series (8173 MB memory)
Monitor resolution: 1920x1080

I'm not sure which categories of the estimator my CPU and GPU fall under. I've been experimenting and I either get dropped frames, or I get a lot of blur and pixelation whenever I move.

Thanks in advance for the replies.

Dropped frames or duplicated frames? Post a log file from a five minute or longer attempt using the best settings you've figured out on your own.

I also forgot to list my upload speed along with my specs. Sorry. It's 0.97 Mb/s. Here you go. A log from a 5 minute test of The Witcher. The game was running fine on my side, while the stream was a mix of dropped frames and blur. The log should list the rest of the necessary information.

Your upload speed is really slow, and you were probably sending at too high of a bitrate. Though I don't see in the log what your video bitrate actually was set to, I do see that it dropped a ton of frames. Trying to stream with a 1Mbps is going to be difficult, not really worth it imo.

My bitrate was set to 825.

So, lowering the bitrate is recommended, but what about the resolution?

set buffer same as bitrate and I would set both to 750 and set your audio bitrate to 64 or as high as 96kbps. 160 is a waist when your are pinching pennies with your upload speed.

audio bitrate is separate than video bitrate so right now, you are using 825 + 160 = 985kbps the lower buffer would help with this but for streaming, it is best to keep these two the same.

I would also downscale your video more. maybe 480p instead of downscale 720p.
