Question / Help recommended OBS settings for potato pc

specs:
GPU:intel uhd graphics 620
cpu:intel core i3 8130U cpu @ 2.20 ghz
RAM:8gb

please help by giving recomened settings for hd recording
btw please help by quicksync settings..

That system is almost definitely well below minimum specs; i3s are already extremely weak to begin with, and the "U" variants are ultra-low-power for mobile devices to extend battery life at even further cost to performance.

You can still try though. Set Output mode to Simple, Recording Quality to Indistinguishable, and Encoder to QSV or x264 Low-CPU.
Those are the lightest-weight settings possible. If your system cannot record smoothly at that point, you will need a more powerful system.
