Question / Help Recommendations for League of Legends stream settings please. Ping jumps really high sometimes.

RAM: 16GB
GPU: Nvidia GTX 970
OS: Windows 7
Upload Speed: 1.55mbps

I'm not sure if the internet speed is good enough for stream, so please help me with the settings.

Is your screen just black when you attempt to stream?
Or is that all fine and dandy, but your stream is laggy?

The stream runs fine, but I have to run at really low quality or else it'll lag me to oblivion.

It might be upload speed..? my upload speed is always around 3.50 and everything runs very smoothly

please post a speedtest.net bandwidth measurement. If your upload is 1.55 your OBS stream should be 1240 848x480 128k audio. That's low for 480p too, minimum would be 1k. Ping doesn't matter as much as dropped frames. Even on my stream I'll go hours with fine ping then obs says twitch is lagging but I won't actually drop frames.
