Question / Help Recommendation for my recording?

Hey I was wondering if you guys could help me figure out what a recommended recording setup would be for me, or if it's impossible on this computer.

I'd like to at least record my games at 720p at 30fps

Post a log from a session done while using those settings.

Usually if recordings still have problems with the settings from that link, it's because the user didn't follow *all* of them.

Thanks I changed a few settings I missed and it now works perfectly. There's a few slight jerks every now and then but since I'm not a professional it's not an issue.
