Question / Help Recomended stream settings?

Hi, I just got a new laptop and I'm trying to stream League of Legends, but I'm running into a few problems. My ping in game goes crazy while in-game, but it seems to only be League. My computer specs are:
nVidia GeForce 675M 4GB RAM
16 GB DDR3 RAM
Intel i7 Quad Core overclocked at 4.2Ghz

I think my computer can handle streaming (at least I hope so :P, my fear is that my internet may not be good enough. I tried setting my CBR to around 75O because these problems were happening when it was set to 1OOO, but then my stream quality goes down the tubes whenever there's motion on the screen. Can anyone give any tips? I don't lag as much when using xSplit, but I have a whole other set of issues with that program.

Don't try to stream at 1080p with that kind of bit rate...it will look awful. You're going to want to downscale to 480p at least.

If you're getting high ping, that means your stream and the game are competing too much for your internet connection. First try enabling "Minimize Network Impact" in Broadcast Settings, and if that still doesn't help, try lowering the bit rate that you are streaming at. Downscaling to 480p will help with the picture quality not going to crap when there is motion on the screen.

Thanks for the feedback! Just to be 1OO% clear, you're talking about running the game at 48Op? Or is there a setting within OBS to display the game capture at 48O? I'd like to still be able to run my game at fullscreen :/
