So whenever I start streaming like I would usually do(I have been streaming for over a year) my game gets random fps drops. But then weird part is i'm not actually getting lower fps, and my stream does not lag at all since the game I play is very light to run fps can go up to 2000+ but I limit it to 144fps since i'm playing on a 144hz monitor.

OBS seems to be running fine, so it sounds like you're just not happy with the performance impact that live video encoding has when you're playing. Your choices are to reduce you encoding quality settings, get better hardware, or get a second computer with a capture card to do the encoding for you. For example, you could downscale more to 540p, or change your x264 preset to superfast. But that will lower your streaming quality.

The problem here I believe is not on the hardware side of things because I can run prime95 while playing osu!(the game I'm streaming) and I'm not getting any lag, also this has been a recent problem.

Anyways thanks for the reply I managed to fix the problem it seems like I was right it had nothing to do with my hardware the scene I was using somehow made my game and my desktop lag, so I made another and the problem was gone
http://puu.sh/6zfVF.xconfig <--- scenes.xconfig the problematic scene was osu!2, not sure whats the problem with it thought.
