This is my upload/download speed:

http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/4346564478

I used to stream using 1300 bitrate when my internet speed was half of what it is today. Last week I upgraded it and yesterday when I atempted to stream at 1800 bitrate I got a lot of lost frames.
I tried lowering my bitrate but anything above 300 will cause OBS to loose frames wich is kind of odd considering only my internet speed changed (for the better).
Testing it offline worked just fine.

Uploading videos to youtube also seems to work fine. I now upload videos at twice the speed of what it used to be last week.

I tried disabling my firewall and my antivirus, restarting my PC and my internet conection. I also tried changing twitch servers but it doesnt seem to be working.

I really hope someone can help me, im desperate T_T.

Can you first switch to a wired connection? then run through this test for your region:

run it a few times and post screenshots of the results.

Unfortunately I cant switch to a wired connection. I would certainly try if I could.

I atached the results on this reply. Does this mean that my ISP has conflicts with twitch and OBS is not the issue?

Considering my internet works fine on all other sites I assume this makes sense.
