Question / Help Recent Lag

Been having some performance issues in-game recently. Just god awful lag that I didn't have a week ago.

Here's my log;

Seems like you have monitor capture active in there, that's not always active is it? That could be contributing to the problem.

No, I only turn monitor capture on when I'm having a giveaway

I remember a couple months ago I was using a twitch chat plugin that made my stream lag really bad. Could it be a bad plugin that's causing the lag?

I'm not entirely sure unfortunately, it's difficult to know what's going on without seeing the computer directly, or more information or testing and trail and error results to try to determine which part is causing issues

I understand. Well, recently, the FPS on OBS has been dropping. I'm not getting any dropped frames, it just goes from 30 down to say, 23 and I feel it in-game.

If you can, try to narrow down what option and/or source is causing this to occur. If it's related to the version, try the last version and compare as well.
