Question / Help Recent crashes that I'm not sure of

Hello. Recently, without me changing any settings, OBS has been crashing hard on me, to the point where other processes crash and I have to restart my computer to reset everything. I don't recall changing any settings or anything, so I have no point of reference to go to about it.
However, looking at the last log, i see something about something stalling for a long time and OBS forcibly terminating a thread. I'll post the log, but it's something I don't think I've seen before.
If anyone has any ideas, I'd love some help. Thank you!

Oh yeah, before someone says "Enable Aero", it has to be disabled or i can't capture feed from my capture card on OBS, it'll just show up as a black screen or a single frame screenshot instead of a moving image.

the I-o GV USB2, i've been using it for over a year with no issues (except for having to disable aero, but that's not necessarily an issue)
