Reaper/ReaRoute/OBS Guitar Audio Distorted

Hi, I know others have had this issue before but I just can't figure out what is causing my guitar audio from Reaper to sound distorted, kind of muffled, and just plain bad quality after being recorded in OBS compared to the sound in Reaper. I've had this problem no matter which routing method (ReaRoute ) or ASIO device I use. My interface is a Focusrite Scarlett Solo 3rd gen @ 48khz (bitrates match in Reaper and OBS) and my PC is a high performance Windows 11 system. Increasing the block size in Reaper and buffer size for the interface doesn't resolve the issue, nor does changing the bitrate to 44.1khz. The audio bitrate in OBS is set to 320kbps but the result in my recorded videos sounds like crap. I also tried using the new atkAudio plugin for OBS but it is overwhelming and I don't know how to use it.

Here is my OBS log file: https://obsproject.com/logs/rJPnkIiyRAYgg43H
Here is a video made with OBS which shows the distorted audio of my guitar playing: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D-DhRika2eA I used ASIO Link Pro at the time but again same issue as with using ReaRoute etc. If you look at my first reply to the comment, I included links to rendered guitar audio from Reaper showing the stark difference in quality compared to my OBS recordings. I'm very frustrated and would be grateful for help.
