Question / Help Really bad stream lately and dropping frames

Hello, The issue I have today is my stream quality and the dropping of frames which is looking like this:



This has been happening since 2 days ago and no matter what settings I tweak, nothing is working. I have been streaming fine before and for the past year with no problems whatsoever, I always downscale or find the problem somewhere if I get one.
However I'm at the end of the road on this one and can't seem to fix it at all, could someone please let me know what information they need to help with fixing this problem.

I have a ATI Radeon HD 5450 graphics card, dual core intel, and 17mb/s upload speed.

Dropped frames are network problems. Change server / provider or lower your bitrate.

More detailed, I had lowered bitrate from 7000 to 3500, and changed server from secondary to main, and nothing changed.

Did you try changing providers, eg to hashd.tv? Twitch is very overloaded and often has problems lately. You should also run your log through the log analyzer as I suspect you have many more problems.

7000 kbps seems very high. 720 with 2500kbps looks great, also the Amsterdam/Stockholm servers are terrible today, Frankfurt server works great for mme! Not a single frame dropped in 2 hours.
