Question / Help Really Bad Artifacting

It seems that no matter what I stream I get really bad artifacting. This happens in everything from dungeon crawlers to MMO's. Many times I have tried to tweak settings to get it to stop but it never gets any better.

The .log below should be from a MMO stream I did recently.

That's because you're using the ultrafast x264 preset. Change that back to veryfast and it should look a lot better.

I set it down but it now has some bad skipping/lag, is there a way for me to fix it further?
