Question / Help read a bunch of guides and still not getting any where

I have read several guides and I still can't get my stream to look nice no matter what i do i get tearing and all sorts of problems i even forced the games to vsyn and such but still crappy while twitch claims i have an excellent brodcast

Titanfall is a pretty demanding game. What kind of framerates are you getting in game? You are trying to stream at 60fps which is going to be very stressful on your system and won't matter if you aren't achieving a smooth 60fps in game anyway.

Once those issues are address I would recommend setting your bitrate slightly higher to the 2000-3000 range if your upload speed can handle it. You are pumping out 720/60 and you need the data transfer to handle it without losing quality.

I would have to check to see what frame rate i'm actually getting sadly the most i can get according to speed test for bite rate would be 1900 so just under 2000 and that's if i was at peak up all the time the OBs settings thing suggest 1600 though

If you can only stream at 1600kbps, then you'll want to reduce your resolution to 480p, and lower the frame rate to 30fps. You might be able to use the faster x264 preset since you're streaming at a lower resolution.
