Random static on my AXIS camera live stream.

I have OBS streaming AXIS camera live to YouTube 24/7. https://youtu.be/ITBYocvH8ZU
About every day or 2 I have to reboot the server to clear up static on the sound. I can't figure this out. OBS Studio is the only thing running on the Dell Power Edge 720. It's dedicated to the OBS Server. It hardly use any resources at all. Video card is a Geforce RTX 2080 super. It has 96 gigs of RAM.

I'm gonna attach the log file not sure if this is the right one. There's nothing in the crash report folder. This is kind of frustrating because it happens randomly and unless I check my streams I don't know the sound is all static.

Any ideas? Thanks

Here are some more log files. I am losing a lot of viewers because of this sound issue. Because it started again last night at 4:30 and I didn't know it was having an issue until 6:30 this morning. Nobody wants to watch it with the sound is crackly and distorted.

It's not coming from the camera it's something that happens in OBS

And there are no errors in windows event viewer.

HAGS should be disabled. Run another test after it's disabled & post the log.

Rendering lag is GPU overload & the audio buffering indicates that your system is more than likely going through some periods of overload as well. Bandwidth, encoding issues too. Troubleshooting links below.

The 2690 is a fossil & is also a huge bottleneck for the 2080 Super. I believe you are seeing the results of that in your logs. GPU can do way more work than the CPU will allow & can get overwhelmed in the process.

Encoding setting updates but you may need to think about 720p. Bit-rate is plenty high, I recommend zeroing those B frames for better quality. B-frames are for low bit-rate situations.

Drop the encoding bit-rate slightly under 12000kbps, say 11 or 11.5. I found a log @ 12 with no dropped frames. The others had 0.1% > dropped.

yeah I know, the 720 is old. I have a couple 740's but I need them for other things. And the only reason I need the servers are I record everything so I have 36 terabytes of drives in there rated or I would just get a good PC.

Yeah I had problems with My Internet provider cox Communications and I have them out here cleaning up noise in the neighborhood all the time. There's fiber going in but it's going to be awhile. As far as internally everything is on 10GIGABIT fiber.

I get it, I have a 18 drive QNAP w/130TB gross running ZFS, it nets out around 103TB. Still have 4 empty 3.5" bays to fill down the road.

It will work but you need to lower the load. Overall that CPU isn't horrible but the single thread performance is weak, less than the 2600k I retired back in 2015.

CPU says it's only using point 0.0%? The Highest I've ever seen it is 0.5% For a second.

Thanks not sure where that is ether, I am not a gamer at all. Game bar is off.
I turned off HAGS, I will have to reboot tonight after hours when less people are watching. thank you

Well nothing is helping so far. bummer. I just hate to have to buy another server just to run this. like I sad the cpu usage is 0.0% so I dont get why this keeps happening with the sound. but it did not happen when I was running this on a Dell R7920/R740.
