I recently switched to a Live Gamer HD and everything has been great after having nothing but problems with the Avermedia Extremecap U3.
However I am now seeing random drops of audio. it completely cuts out and I have to reinitialize. Nothing changed in my set up except the change to the Live Gamer Hd from the extremecap u3. I run a mixer into a usb 2.0 soundcard, the Focusrite 2i2.
To fix it I just reinitialize the audio and keep streaming, don't need to restart OBS or anything, but it does cause problems if I'm intently watching a game and then don't notice the sound dies until i see my chat screaming. To be more clear, I never lose sound in my headphones. it only dies in OBS. Log files coming tonight.
