OBS has been crashing randomly, and every time it does, the crash log appears to be the same. By "randomly", I mean that it's hard to reproduce the crash on purpose because it doesn't happen consistently. The crash typically occurs when Streamer.bot catches an event to trigger a green screen effect using a media source. The media source is just made visible and then hidden again after it finishes playing. OBS seems to crash right as it tries to play the media source, which is likely shown in the crash log.
I've already tried reinstalling different GPU drivers with a clean install using DDU about four times (for some other reasons aswell) and the issue still persists. At this point, I would really appreciate it if anyone has any idea what might be causing the problem.
