Question / Help random lags on the video

i really dont know why, i searched on youtube a fix for that. when im recording there are no lags, but the video itself have some random lags. its also not looking as good as i see in the game, and because im trying to preview the video in the obs, the game thinks that im in other window and wont let me controll it.

Get a clean log. Restart OBS, try to record/stream/whatever, stop, then upload the log from that session.

Clean log with the guide followed please.

And don't use windows media player to check your recordings.

well i just tried recording at 30 fps and there was 0% lag on the video, i guess i'll just have to deal with it.
but now, how do i make the game think that i still playing it while on the preview?
