Random lag while recording

so basically i try to record using my obs software., the game isnt lagging when i was recording but why there is some random lags on my output video? Is there any way to fix this?

I tried to lower my resolution by a ton, it reduces a bit of lag but the random lag still exist. I tried to change my video encoder from x264 to QuickSync H.264 also i tried to use other rate control. Overall still no luck probably because i dont know what i was doing

The iGPU does appear to be under-performing. The installed driver is old. I would try updating to the latest & see if things improve.

okay i tried to update it and still no luck.

i tried to use obs analyzer and got this :
Your Laptop has two GPUs. OBS is running on the weak integrated Intel GPU. For better performance as well as game capture being available you should run OBS on the dedicated GPU. Check the Laptop Troubleshooting Guide.

could this be the issue? i tried to fix it but still unable to do it

There is no GPU, just the iGPU. The problem is it's on (2) adapters (0 & 1), it should only be on 1 of them not both. The analyzer is seeing both adapters populated but it's by the same device.

So i dont need to worry about that warning then???

Is there like nothing i can really do other than updating my drivers?

If the steps in the Laptop TS Guide didn't help, I'm not sure

You're not the 1st person that's had this issue. Generally updating the driver addresses it but this is the 2nd or 3rd time that the driver update didn't work. Maybe check the Graphics settings in BIOS, make sure nothing is in Auto & the iGPU is selected?
