Question / Help Random glitches while streaming CS:GO ?

Just started streaming on OBS and i'm not sure why cs:go is glitching. The games fine when i'm playing but on OBS its doing some weird disappearing glitch keeps glitching all the UI and other stuff. plz heeeeelp :<

Don't use Window/Monitor capture on a fullscreen game. Use game capture instead.
