Ok I'm encountering a random problem that I can't seem to solve regarding FPS. I can't seem to stream in 60fps without some stutter, so my question is "Does bitrate directly correlate to a smooth 60fps stream?"
I can stream in 30fps with no issues be it PC using game capture or my capture card. But I would just like that smoothness of a 60 fps stream.
My PC specs are below.
AMD FX 8350 4.0ghz 8core overclocked to 4.8ghz
Heatsink is a Corsair H100i (water cooled)
16gb Corsair Vengeance DDR3 SDRAM
Motherboard - MSI 970A-G46
GPU - Sapphire Radeon R9 280x TOXIC edition ( 3gb GDDR5 )
My stream when set to 60fps will randomly drop to 45ish then back up causing a stutter but I don't know how to combat this. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Here's a sample of my stream at 1280x720 60fps streaming at 1250kbps
