When I try to stream League Of Legends I sometimes get random FPS drops. My normal FPS in LoL is around 300-400 (but I usually lock it at 60), with stream on it's 90-120, which is awesome for me, but it drops to 30-35 for ~15 sec very often: I get it 5-6 times in a 35 minute game.
I tried:
-locking fps at 60 so OBS gets more bandwidth
-downscaling my stream from 1080p to 720p
-lowering my game settings
-switching stream fps from 60 to 30
-changing bitrate from 2000 to 3500
PC specs:
AMD FX-6300 6-core 3.5GHz
8GB RAM
AMD Radeon R7 265
