Question / Help random Fps Drops

Hello when im streaming with OBS i get random fps drops from 120 to 15 fps for like 5 sec and then its back to normal , and when i shut down OBS everything is fine no fps drops game runs grate

CPU: AMD FX8320 8 CORE 3,76 GHZ
Video: RADEON R9 270X
8GB

Well you didn't have to start a new thread but you are getting random connection stalls i.e.

RTMPPublisher::SocketLoop: Stalled for 7968
ms to write 12298 bytes (buffer: 0 / 335872),
unstable connection?

in your config, I would enable viewing your log window on another screen and find out if the connection is stalling during this time.

Also, set your process priority to normal or above normal at max.
