Question / Help Random FPS drops

Hey, can someone help me with my OBS settings. I tried every single guide but for some reason sometimes I get some really random FPS drops. These are my specs:

Motherboard Sabertooth Z77
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2500K CPU OCed at 4.2GHz
Memory (RAM) 8.00 GB
Graphics NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660
SSD Kingston SV300S37A120G

I really don't know what to think, I tried many things, downscaling to 720, CBR is on, I tried off as well. Leaving the bitrate at 3500, buffer the same, 30 FPS. Tried veryfast, superfast, faster as CPU settings. Please help

Try game capture instead of window capture for this particular case. Something with that window capture is really lagging you. Or that bitmap perhaps, though it'd have to be like some enormous animated gif to cause that.
