Hey forum
I've run into somewhat of a mystery, atleast it is to me.
When I try to stream CS:GO, with a 60fps 720p downscale(I even tried 30fps), I get fps drops from a consistent 200-300 fps to around 100, so it kind of freezes for me. It happens a few times every 30 to 60 seconds. It happens in pugs on servers with 10 players.
I have monitored my CPU temperature, and it never exceeds 65*c
PC Specs :
CPU : Intel I7 4790K 4.00GHz
GFX : AMD Radeon R9 200 series
RAM : 16gb DDR3
ISP Connection : 60/60
I tried uploading two logs(I'm not sure as to how that works so if they're even the right ones i'm not sure, so I apologize if that's the case :( )
I hope any of you can shed some lights on this matter, because frankly I'm clueless. I would think my specs are perfectly fine to stream at a 60fps 720p quality?
Below I've also put in the images of the settings I run. Hope that is useful too?
