Question / Help Random fps drop and high cpu usage

Hi, i have been using obs to record my elgato game capture hd60 for about three weeks now without problem. I came to use obs yesterday and saw my fps drop from 30 to 20 and below for no reason, and my cpu usage go from about 20 to 80 and 90. tried everything but nothing seams to be working.

What happend ? I got the problem when i wanna steam Heroes of the Storm... i got sometime laggs ingame because when i start the stream, my cpu usage goes up ! Need help pls !

Prozessor: AMD FX 8320 8-Core 3,5Ghz.
Ram: 16Gb.
Grafik: AMD Radeon R9 270 2GB DDR5

Internet: 10mb/s Download; 5mb/s Upload

this sounds like thermal throttling or core parking which happens quite often on amd cpu's

because on this preset and this low resolution your cpu shouldnt have a problem at all

yes your computer is enough to stream and those are bios settings you are missing on

you need update bios on your motherboard and turn off AMD turbo boost, Cool 'n Quilet, CL... C9....

i dont know how i can fix it ;( cant find options ins bios
