Random crash while streaming

Hi!
I'm changed SLOBS to OBS this weekend and I'm having an issue with OBS while streaming Forza Horizon 5.
About 5-10 minutes after I started streaming, OBS just crashes.
While streaming, no dropped frames, no network issues at all. Streaming at 768p60fps medium.
I'm running it as administrator, reinstalled it, downloaded again, installed all Windows and GPU updates, but the problem persists.
Can you help with this issue?

CPU usage during stream: about 15-25% (during Forza Horizon gameplay, total CPU usage including the game and other stuff is about 75-80%).
GPU usage: about 70-80% (game is only using about 60-70%)
Max CPU temperature: 71ºC
Max GPU temperature: 70ºC
 
Looks like hardware failure, turn off any overclocks, update BIOS, test your memory.
