Question / Help Random Crash after starting to stream

Hi Guys, new to this whole thing. So I am able to stream to twitch no problem, the issue is while I am streaming, it will crash randomly, there is no pattern to it. It may happen 5 seconds after starting my stream or 5 min. anyway, here is the info
