I stream CS:GO and I would randomly (about once every 3-5 mins) get close or even at 100% cpu usage and my ping spikes up to 100-200 for a few seconds.
In-game settings:
global texture: high
everything else: low, bilinear, no msaa.
1920x180p capped @ 120fps
high process priority
OBS settings:
1280x720p output @60fps (bilinear downscale filter)
3000 bitrate
160 audio birate
x264 encoder
veryhigh preset
48khz audio sample rate
high process priority
Computer Specs:
Intel i5-6600k (OCed @ 4.2ghz)
16GB DDR4-2400 RAM
GTX 1070
Would using NVENC over x264 encoder be better?
