Question / Help Random Connection Lost

I have just recently started streaming and have been having extreme difficulty with either choppy stream or even lost connections. I do not know if the log will be able to illustrate exactly what has been happening but here it goes. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Here is my setup which might be able to answer some questions; GTX 690 GPU, i7-3770k ivy CPU, 16.0 GB Ram, I'm also running two screens and other junk which I'm not sure is relevant. My internet connection is running via Powerline and is actively receiving 16.07/5.77 mb/s from speakeasy speed test. The log file is under this post cant pass the character limit.

It seems you have a firewall or other 3rd party network software that is interfering with normal socket operations.

Thanks for the answer Rich, but is there a special way to check for interference with obs or will i have to manual check each firewall from sources like Antivirus and Windows Firewall.
