Bug Report Random Audio Only Video Recordings

OBS (seemingly randomly) records only audio when I have it set to record as .mp4. This is frustrating me because it has only started happening recently with the newer OBS updates. I have not changed any settings at all before/since this started happening aside from maybe my bitrate. If anyone could take a quick look at the log and let me know if anything looks off, I'd greatly appreciate it. Otherwise I may have to switch to another program for video recording. or downgrade OBS. Thanks.

I'm having the same issue and have posted about it below. Out of curiosity, are you finding the length of the videos a determining factor on if the video works or not? Last night I tried manually stopping and starting the recording when around 2 hours have elapsed and all 4 videos worked correctly.

However, about 1/2 of my 3+ hour videos have been audio only.

Play the file back with a program like VLC or MPC-HC to determine whether it's actually corrupt. Record to FLV to avoid file corruption issues, remux afterward -
