Question / Help Random audio delay every time I start stream

Has this problem been resolved? I'm seeing this exact problem of audio sync. I have a very simple configuration, one video stream 1280x720 and one audio stream. I'll send a log file when I make my next test. Basically, I can make the adjustment for good synchornization (about 1300ms) but then when I run it again it is out of sync by close to 1 second. I saw a change a few years ago to allow out of sync adjustments to be more than 1 second.

I'm having the same issue, but only when I switched from using Windows audio input to the ASIO plugin. With the line in, I was using a consistent delay of 500 ms. With ASIO, a host of other unrelated problems are fixed and the quality is way better, but I'm getting 450-1175 ms of delay, which changes whenever I start a stream.

I'm having a very similar problem, but on an iMac and using Black Magic's ATEM Switcher while streaming to Facebook Live. Sometimes works, sometimes not, tried it wight the switcher and without. It works for some long and some short streams, and I will run a test stream and it will be synced, then an official on-air stream and it will be unsynced! After shutting everything off and rebooting, with no changes anywhere, it will lose sync, both on the live and afterwards on the recording of that live. (I don't have the log as I am at home, but I can post one tomorrow at work) Does OBS run any auto config for nitrate that may be affecting it, are there some settings for delay that can force it to sync up? It's great program, and I love using it, but this unsync issue unfortunately makes it neigh impossible to use consistently.
I am having the same issue with my ATEM Mini. Trying to broadcast to Google Meet, each time have to clap for people to fix audio by different delay amounts. Can post a log if helpful. If it adds to calculation the Mini is receiving a bluetooth lapel (but this is at a consistent distance and should be factored into the calculation). Thanks
