Question / Help Rainbow Bars Error Station Identification

I am trying to get my Diamondmm Gc1000 Game Capture Device to work with OBS.

When I set everything up and attempt to capture from the card. I get the rainbow bars you would get if you were watching tv and there was a station identification.

im running windows 8.1
quad core amd 64 bit

I did a log file check and it only told me my cpu was a slight bit slow.

I have no idea on how to get a breakthrough on this situation.

If you could can please help..

BUMP. Same thing hsppening to me with my GC1000. Ive only been able to capture the window but i would like video so i can get the audio as well
