So my old gpu broke/died (nvidia), bought a roughly same strength new gpu - radeon assus 7750 (a bit better) and now when i stream / record this is what i see.

how it rly looks -

i also re-recorded the same scene, in a vid i uploaded. On the left - radeon, on the right - nvidia (this 1 too)

the details rly slip if u check it fullsize

the shader makes it look "sharper" while also making it look more pixelated and choppy and harder to read.
Without a doubt this is because of the radoen gpu, is there a way to fix this?

SOLVED - the cause is with the actual graphics settings at - amd catalyst control center -> video -> quality, remove check marks from "edge-enchantment", "enable dynamic contrast", and "De-blocking".
