Question / Help Quikc Sync still greyed!

Hey guys!
I asked google but it cant help me so i came to you!
I want to activate Quick Sync but its still grey.
Yes i activated it on the bios, yes i did this monitor think with my iGPU...
Im using a i7 3770 the 4000hd is activated and i also know that Quick sync can be enabe (tried it through Bandicam and can be enable there!)
So anyone can help me please :(?

Update: I can now enable it but if i try to record/stream something there pops an error that says :
Encode initialization failed. Quickl Sync hardware support could not be found!

Anyone knows how to fix it?

Re-install your intel HD drivers(Havw you even done this?)

I just re-installed my OS and then it just poped up, so yes thx!
