Bug Report QuickSync working win7!! (QSVHelper crash fixed)

Holy moley, i am so happy

So as recently as 3/22/2015 checking Intel vid drivers, I was still getting QSVHelper.exe crashes while recording with QuickSync, after about ten minutes. If you google, youll see tons of people had the same issue.

Earlier today, it still crashed. But I decided to re-confirm i had the latest intel drivers here

and saw a new version released 4/7/2015... what the heck, lets yet again be disappointed.

Its working! Ive been able to jack up quality, and CPU has gone from 90 pct to 28-32 pct during the game. It is absolutely fantastic. Been recording over an hour and a half so far, smooth as butter, no CPU, and no crashes =D

I tried it out with the new drivers for a very long time yesterday, no crashes at all. But just now, it crashed after like 2 minutes. Sadly, QuickSync is just not stable on Win 7 at all and very hard to test.

Is it stable on 8 and 10 ?
I'm tempted to move on...

I tested 3 hours Win 7 yesterday, it's still poop.

From my understanding, win 8/8.1 little to no issues. wind 10 on the other hand, is quirky with OBS. I wouldn't even attempt to rely on Win 10 not changing something that might/might not work for weeks at a time.
