Wind 7 drivers for quicksync are really poor. Are you asking for a homemade driver or something? I'd try guru3d even though I dont recommend hacked beta drivers, they often post decent drivers

Other than that, on the Intel site is where you find the most recent drivers.

Have upgraded to w8.1 and its working now, only problem now is that the stream got freezes like 3-4-5 seconds and than goes further... dont have this with x264 or nvenc...

you shouldn't be using VBR to stream. enable CBR,

Also dont really need to use low latency mode
"Using fixed low latency mode, factor 20"

lastly if all that doesn't make a difference, it seems you are duplicating some frames. change quicksync preset to balanced or lower to 720@30 or 48fps, that will help a lot.
Im not using latency mode... I only use minimize impact network for dont have weapon glitches

and quicksync lower than 60 is not really an option... its already less quality than x264.

edit: changing to Balanced fixxed the issue but I dont like the quality... What can I do? Lower the bitrate from 3500 to 3000 and use quality 2 ?

edit 2: 3 is also working fine... Why not 1 (best quality and 2 ?)

edit 3: 3 isnt working anymore when I join matchmaking server, back freezes

I dont know if quicksync can handle 720@60fps. the encoder might not be able to keep up and btw, your log says you're using ow latency mode. it might be the preset use by QSV though

New logfile:

https://gist.github.com/601877080e1489b858be

3500bitrate, 30fps, balanced 4,

Should I try to use 1-2 quality with 30fps or 48fps? And whats difference between 48 and 45?
No dropped frames in that last log, but you only recorded for 30 seconds? you really want to stress test a stream for 5 minutes in high motion.

48 drops only 1/5 frames based on 60hz, 45 drops 1/4. both are hardly noticable but 48 is better bang for your buck.

you can use full quality with 720@30, and maybe even 720@48. give it a go

You can prevent most QSVhelper crashes by using windows 8 afaik if that's your issue.

As for the driver that worked on windows 7 for me and prevented QSVHelper from being killed was 10.18.10.3412
