Question / Help Quicksync Not working on windows 10?

I ve tried usin quicksync on windows 10 ,however when I try to fake a second monitor and extend displays I get an error.Even though the quicksync is enabled in obs and bios the performance drop is big ,so I think quicksync is not working properly.Any way of extending displays?

You do not need to use the fake monitor on Windows 8 or 10.
Beside that I have no problem using QuickSync with OBS 0.651 on Windows 10 Pro x64.

Make sure you have the Intel GPU drivers installed.

I am having this issue as well.

Spoke to a support guy at Intel, Many CPU's do not have the windows 10 GPU drivers available (much like my older 2nd generation i5-2500).

Worked fine on windows 7 and windows 8, but not drivers for windows 10. And supposedly, no drivers are in the works. Very disappointing!!!

Same problems here too with Intel 4600 Haswell on Windows 10.

It works for some time and then CRASH :(

For me it doesn t crash, however the fps drop is huge compared to the one I was having while using quikcsync in wndows 8.I actuallly downloaded some windows 10 drivers from intel website.
