Hi,
I just need some references here. Is it normal, that QuickSync stays nearly all the time at the maximum specified bitrate while streaming/recording - even for still images?
My scenario:
QuickSync enabled
Maximum bitrate: 18000 kbps
CBR: disabled
Gamecapture (any game)
When I use the x264 implementation, my bitrate can drop to about 300 kbps when there is a non-moving scene at my game capture. With QuickSync, the same scene stays at about 17000 kbps,
