Question / Help QuickSync High CPU Usage Isssue

Hi there, so I'm having an issue with QuickSync Local Recording, it seems that it gives me an error of high encoder usage when recording at 1080p 60fps, then start dropping frames but when i drop that to 30fps there is no issues what so ever, awesome quality with no hit to my CPU at all.

Ill attach the log file below.

PC Specs:
i7 4770k OC 4.3Ghz
GTX 780
ASUS Maximus Hero IV
Dual Monitor Setup.

Any thoughts would be amazing!

target-usage: MFX_TARGETUSAGE_1_BEST_QUALITY

lower this to balanced or even speed (unsure of the names of your presets).

conceptually, your quality will be better and doesn't need to be encoded with higher quality because you have potentially unlimited bitrate.

Well dping, just tried putting it to balanced and it worked, feel like such an idiot! didnt even think of doing that before posting here, it works fantastically now, 60fps... no impact what do ever on my PC and the same quality if not better. thanks man!
