Question / Help Quicksync causes stream freezing

Hi,

I've upgraded to windows 8.1 to use succesfull quicksync and its working fine,
the only big problem is that I have random freezes at the stream... Like 3-4-5 seconds and than it goes further.

I dont have this at x264 or nvenc with same settings as quicksync....

Somebody has a solution? Thanks in advance
