Question / Help Quicksync black screen

Hi,

I've recently got a new cpu an i7 4770, so thought i'd give quicksync a go. However when I tell it to stream using the intel igpu I get a black screen on my stream when using game capture, desktop is captured fine. Is there something i'm missing? I ran through the tutorial to setup quicksync and my display settings match those.

Loading up D3D10 on Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600 (Adapter 2)

Select your Nvidia GPU under Settings > Video. Considering that you're running a 4770, you should only use Quick Sync for encoding when your CPU isn't able to use x264.

Then you need to enable QuickSync in advanced settings. Make sure you have the latest Intel GPU drivers installed, and you may need to plug in a monitor to your iGPU.
